To activate your new SIM, simply call their 24-hour Call-in Service at (02) 730-1818, free from your Globe mobile phone, and have the following information ready:

- your Globe mobile phone number
- your new SIM card number (16-digit number found at the back of the SIM card)

Once you call to activate your new SIM, the old SIM will be deactivated. Thus, you must make sure that you have a copy of your old SIM contacts or have saved them to your phone memory before requesting activation of new SIM.
